The services provided as part of the Lifetime Membership to the Artists Brad Builder AI Suite rely on technology and services provided by OpenAI. We do not have control over OpenAI’s policies, availability, or continuity of their services. In the event that OpenAI discontinues or significantly alters their custom GPT services, we will make reasonable efforts to provide alternative solutions; however, we are not liable for any loss of service or functionality due to these changes.

2. No Guarantees of Continuity

While we strive to offer continuous and uninterrupted access to the suite of GPT tools, we cannot guarantee the permanence of any specific feature or service. Members acknowledge that the nature of technology services can evolve, and certain tools may be modified, replaced, or discontinued.

3. Limitation of Liability

By purchasing the Lifetime Membership, you agree that we shall not be held liable for any changes in the availability or functionality of the GPT tools that result from actions taken by OpenAI or other third parties. Our responsibility is limited to providing access to the tools as long as they are supported and available. In the event of discontinuation, we will communicate with members and explore reasonable alternatives, but no refunds or compensations are guaranteed.

4. Updates and Modifications

We reserve the right to update, modify, or replace any part of the suite of tools to enhance the service offering. Any new tools added to the suite will be included in your membership at no additional cost.
